As we head into a new quarter, let's reconnect around the real problems we are facing as leaders.

If you have one, bring a rascally problem that you would value another leader's perspective on. It might be a decision you are avoiding, a problem you cannot quite crack, a bet you are unsure about, or a leadership goblin that keeps wandering back into your office.

It does not need to be polished, technical, or impressive. It also does not need to come from the software industry. Some of the best ideas come from people with different industries, teams, customers, scars, and stories. Sometimes a fresh point of view is exactly what unlocks a stuck problem.

Even if you do not bring a problem, chances are you will hear something useful. You will likely come away with a new insight, a different way of looking at something, or a new tool to handle a future issue.

As always, this is an in-person and confidential conversation. No recordings, no notetakers, no broadcasting. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
