CTA: Taipei inclusive trade for multi-sector technologies

The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) and Canadian Trade Office in Taipei (CTOT) are pleased to recruit export-ready companies led by persons of diverse backgrounds to participate in the above-mentioned upcoming Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) cohort.

This program will run from September to November 2025, and is open to SMEs owned by entrepreneurs who identify as one or more of the following groups: 

• Women
• Indigenous
• Black and other racialized Canadians*
• 2SLGBTQI+ communities
• Youth

*With reference to the Canada’s Anti-Racism Strategy, other racialized communities include members of Asian, Latin American, Arab, Jewish, Muslim, Palestinian, Sikh and Hindu etc.

The program is most suitable for, but not limited to, companies with AI technologies/solutions applied in sectors listed below:

• Sustainable agriculture and environment 
• Financial services
• Healthcare and wellbeing
• Textile and retail
• Enterprise solution

Cohort companies will enjoy services including:

• an interview opportunity with tech media for Digital Yellow Page (virtual) 
• pitch opportunity (in-person and virtual) 
• business-to-business meetings with targeted stakeholders (in-person and virtual)
• participation at Meet Taipei Startup Festival 2025 (November 20 - 22 in-person)
• site visits and networking opportunities (in-person)
