A Victoria puzzle company is taking a creative approach to a new round of U.S. tariffs, offering to split the added cost with its American customers rather than risk losing them altogether.
Puzzle Lab, a downtown Victoria maker and retailer of premium puzzles, has a large customer base in the United States. With a 50 per cent tariff set to apply to a broad range of Canadian products, the company says it is preparing for a significant hit to its margins.
