About the Role:

As our new Junior Project Technician, you’ll be the hands-on problem solver who helps bring our client’s technical projects to life! It may be staging equipment, supporting major deployments, or delivering smaller projects with precision and care. You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making technology work seamlessly for clients. You’re a team player and enjoy collaborating with others!

Top Accountabilities:

- Deliver small-scale projects and support broader project execution.

- Prepare, configure, and stage equipment for deployments.

- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects.

- Maintain accurate documentation.

- Collaborate on the creation and improvement of technical procedures.

- Provide onsite support and deliver consistent and positive client experiences.

- Be an L1/L2 resource for our Support Team.
