Position Overview
As a Service Desk Support Specialist at RebalanceMD, you will be the first point of contact for staff who need IT support. This Tier 1/2 role combines day-to-day troubleshooting with exposure to projects that support our ongoing cloud migration and clinic expansion. You will work with both end users and senior IT staff, resolving issues quickly, escalating when necessary, and documenting solutions. This is an ideal role for someone early in their IT career who wants to grow into more advanced technical positions while making a direct impact on our transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for staff across multiple clinics via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot common issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Wi-Fi.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and Intune enrollment.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff while maintaining clear communication with users.
• Document solutions and contribute to a growing IT knowledge base.
• Support projects such as SharePoint migration, laptop deployment, and device compliance.
What We Are Looking For
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn cloud-first technologies.
• Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking.
• Previous customer service or IT help desk experience is an asset.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900), or Google IT Support Certificate are helpful but not required.
